Karen Brooks is the TCGi Sales Manager in the northeast region. She is responsible for business development, sales, and client management across all TCGi product offerings.
She has over 25 years of proven success in sales and management in multiple industries; and a strong technical base that comes from a degree in Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University and almost a decade of computer programming experience.
As an entrepreneur and business founder, including nine years in direct sales earning multiple awards and eleven years owning a profitable retail store, she has an exceptional understanding of customer service and client management.
Karen has strong communication, organizational, networking, and account management skills; and is exceptional at follow-through, customer relations, contact management, and team building.
She has been volunteering and fundraising for almost thirty years, supporting organizations like Habitat for Humanity, PTA, Girl Scouts, local schools, Center for Student Missions and Appalachia Service Project. She is dedicated to health and exercise, including running and biking, and loves reading, knitting, movies, music, and DIY.
